The 2014/2015 season is just around the corner, and the Elliot Lake Wildcats are gearing up for their inaugural season.
The Wildcat players are scheduled to arrive this weekend (Aug. 23-24) and will get settled before our first ever Elliot Lake Wildcats training camp kicks off on Monday, August 25th.
Training camp will run Monday, August 25th through Friday, August 29th. Training camp will wrap up with our first exhibition game against the Soo Thunderbirds which will be held Saturday, August 30th at the Centennial Arena. The puck drops at 7:30 pm. Entrance into the game is free with the donation of a non-perishable food item for our local food bank.
Fan are welcome to attend training camp during the week from 7 pm- 8:30 pm to get a sneak peak of what they can expect this upcoming season from the Wildcats. Those who have purchased season tickets can meet with Wildcats President Howard Hennessey to pick up their passes and find their seats for the season. Those unable to attend the training camp can make arrangements to pick up their passes at another time.
We can’t wait for the Wildcats to take the ice next week and see what is in store for our 2014/2015 season. Go Cats Go!
